Programs Committee
Areas of Responsibility
Overall Committee Goals:
- Collaborate with VP Professional Development for comprehensive and efficient programming.
- Incorporate the Corporate Roundtable attendees' suggestions in our programming this year.
- Identify tasks associated with Program Committee deliverables and acquire volunteers to take responsibility.
- Maintain the momentum of Lunch Bunch.
- Identify individuals responsible for performance support, training and development in their organizations and invite them personally to meetings.
- Move general meetings into a revenue stream rather than a "lost leader" scheme.
General Meeting Programs Goals:
- Cross-market with other professional organizations regarding programs.
- Provide an excellent experience for our speakers through planned logistics and on-the-spot support.
- Experiment with posting a written summary of the program on our website.
Lunch Bunch Goals:
- Support the chair (Judy Wilbratte) as needed and/or requested.
- Assist groups that want to add programming with program suggestions and connections.
- Hold at least two meetings of the group chairs to exchange information and experience.
- Experiment with the use of online meeting tools to facilitate meetings of the chairs of the groups.
- Experiment with posting a written summary of a program on our website.
- Experiment with audio capture of content to convert to podcast and post it on our website.
