The speaker will introduce the idea that gaps in an employee's performance are most often not due to a skills deficit and suggest where to look for the gaps that contribute most frequently to poor performance.

Peggy Krohn is an instructional designer who has been designing and developing technical documentation for twenty years and designing, developing, and delivering training for more than thirty years. She has worked in a wide variety of businesses including oil and gas, legal, finance, manufacturing, technology and medical.
