TOPIC: Leadership Styles using the Enneagram Personality System
The Enneagram is a powerful personality system that describes nine styles of thinking, acting, and behaving. It is used to teach business applications such as Communication, Conflict Resolution, Leadership Competencies, and Team Building. Discovering your style develops awareness of how your primary Enneagram type affects daily business interactions. The Enneagram helps you grow within your style by improving awareness of yourself and others.
The Enneagram is used by Apple, Wachovia, the CIA, premier universities, and other industry leaders. Come learn about the nine leadership styles at this Lunch Bunch session!
Judy Wilbratte is a certified Enneagram trainer with Dr. David Daniels, Helen Palmer, and Ginger Lapid-Bogda. She has over 25 years experience in IT management and has been teaching the Enneagram for over 13 years. In addition to teaching business classes, she provides individual coaching and one-on-one personality assessments.
Dr. David Daniels taught the Enneagram in the Stanford MBA program. Helen Palmer teaches the Enneagram at Harvard Law School. Ginger Lapid-Bogda uses the Enneagram system in her Organizational Development consulting business.
