  By now we all know about the "Brand You" concept that Tom Peters wrote about a decade ago in his article "The Brand Called You". What does it mean to you today as you market yourself to gain a new career opportunity? Personal branding is the new label for personal reputation, integrity and character.

 In this session we're going to explore your current brand and whether it truly represents you. We will identify ways to facilitate expression of your authenticity and relevance. It's time to take a closer look at your brand. Come to this session and learn how. And..Why ?

Speaker Kathi Crawford

   Kathi Crawford, SPHR, is the Owner of People Possibilities LLC, a company that focuses on building capability through people. The mission of her company is to be a catalyst for positive, evolutionary change with individuals, groups and organizations.

 Kathi has over twenty-five years of corporate experience and has served in a strategic role as an executive leader. As a trusted advisor in the human capital management profession, she has experience leading virtual teams across the U.S. and has worked in a range of functions, disciplines and industries. She is respected for her ability to build teams that foster trust, teamwork, communication and results.

 Programs she has delivered include leadership development, career development, and behavioral interviewing. She has been a keynote speaker and guest instructor covering a variety of Talent Management topics.

 Kathi holds a BBA in Economics from Kent State University, an MS in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University and a Senior Professional Human Resources designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is a member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).

Career Transitions Group (CT-SIG)
The Career Transitions Group (CT-SIG) provides ASTD members and guests who are in career transitions with a forum for discussion.  The Mission of the CT-SIG is:
To provide tools for people in transition that empower them in the face of uncertainty; to guide people in finding their passions in life; to accelerate the process of developing a meaningful career path.
Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 3:30 pm.

5:00 p.m.  Adjourn
