Cynthia L. Ford, SPHR, GPHR is a Human Resources and Organization Development Executive known for developing and delivering talent management and change management solutions to drive organization transformation for companies such as BellSouth, Frito Lay, Inc and BP America, Inc.

In her current role as Vice President, Human Resources for the Houston SPCA, Cynthia leads the HR function for the nation�s 4^th largest animal sheltering organization.
