Please join us on Wednesday, July 15th to hear Wes Avanis share his insight on the five common approaches to conflict and how to use them to create positive results. Wes will discuss the four levels of conflict, the strategies that are most appropriate for each level, as well as a strategic cooling system for reducing the out-of-control escalation of emotions.
