The Osborne-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Process is one of the most high energy idea generative processes around. It approaches problems through a set of ‘finding’ (Mess-Finding, Fact-Finding…) steps that yield high volumes of targeted ideas with solution possibilities. It pushes the users past evaluation and into generation. M. D. Anderson Cancer uses it in solving broad scale change, but creativity is not a respecter of size. Every facilitator should be equipped with this energizing method.
