Many of us have begun to make choices based on security/insecurity, routine, paralysis, or fear. This presentation explores the steps we can take, the yellow bricks we can follow, to ensure that we make it through our own Oz and, like Dorothy, still happily make it home.

Throughout her career, Leila has worked with for-profit, non-profit and governmental groups. Her experiences have afforded her the chance to work with all types of organizations from small entrepreneurial businesses to multi-million dollar corporations. She has worked in training and development, facilitation, change management, project management, process re-engineering/improvement, strategic planning, and consulting.
