Leadership Training and Development: Jill offers 20+ modules in leadership development including these topics: Transitioning from Peer to Supervisor, Behavioral Interviewing, DISC Communication Styles for Managers & Leaders, Effective Communication Skills, Performance Management, Time Management, Change Management, Stress Management, Creativity & Problem Solving, Negotiation, and Effective Presentation Strategies. Additionally, higher level programs in Coaching, Career Conversations, Strategic Plannning, and Vision/Values/Mission Statementatement Creation are offered to senior leadership and boards.

Individual and Group Coaching: Coaching provides a significant return on the talent management investment. Individual snad teams are coached to higher levels of performance, ensuring learning transfers from the classroom to direct application on the job. Jill coaches individual employees within organizations as well as entrepreneurs. With many years of entrepreneurial experience herself, Jill coaches those who own their own business or want to! Jill's insights, tips and practical experience in marketing, sales and management offer savings of time and money for her clients and enable them to focus on success!

Women's Leadership Programs are offered to the public in open enrollment formats: a half-day proram - Possibilities for Women (a strategic goal setting program), a weekend Wellness Retreat focusing on blending work/life issues, and week long Leadership Cruises focused on developing Leadership Presence and honing business skills such as Marketing, Sales, Negotiation, Strategic PLanning and Business Presentations.
