 Corporate Performance SpecialistVirtual Learning Center

The Corporate Performance Specialist - Virtual Learning Center will conduct compelling and engaging online learning events using virtual classroom technology, as well as attend to each learner's needs, presenters' tasks, presentation files and technical factors while using a full range of interaction tools and techniques.

Other Responsibilities:

·          Demonstrate mastery of virtual training technology and best practice facilitation methods to maintain quality standards for virtual training delivery

·          Participate in the scheduling, administration, marketing, production, execution, post-production and evaluation of virtual events

·          Apply a systematic approach to define required performance, determine existing performance, analyze the cause or factors that limit performance and recommend solutions that focus on and deliver desired business results

·          Participate in the development and application of measurement standards to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance improvement programs and the transfer of skills to the job

·          Assist in the development and maintenance of virtual training programs, materials and job aids to enhance and reinforce performance development

Required Experience:

 

·          Background should include principles and practices of human resource development, including methods and techniques used in training assessment, design, development and measurement

·          Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances and policies

 

This Job Requires the Following Skills:

·          Ability to build relationships with internal clients, the Performance Improvement team, other departments and stakeholders, to form a seamless integration of service delivery

·          Current command of the complex body of harassment and discrimination laws; knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of personnel administration and organizational development, including methods and techniques of employee counseling, management and supervisory procedures and practices; methods of improving productivity, efficiencies and communications in the workplace

·          Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and HPT (Human Performance Technology) processes and methodologies

·          Ability to look at situations systematically, taking into consideration the larger context including competing pressures, resource constraints and anticipated change

·          Management/supervisory experience preferred
