Job Description
- Reports to Region Sales Champion.
- Location: Most likely based in Houston but alternatives considered.
- Individuals should be prepared to & be available for significant travel.
- Will be trained initially in the specific Workshop/Session materials followed by immediate responsibility for roll out sessions.
- Responsible for delivering Selling Value Workshops (in the region of one every other week)
- Assist Region Sales Champion in identification of potential coaches for Leading Sales. Work closely with HR with regard to people development.
- Ensure quality, frequency & compliance of the data input for the Leading Sales Tracking & Reporting System.
- Monitor & present analysis of the Selling Value & Leading Sales programs to Region Sales Champion on a quarterly basis.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; preferable in business, engineering, or other related disciplines
- Training related professional qualification desired
- Minimum 5 years Strong Sales/Customer Service Training Background Preferred
- Minimum 5 years Oilfield Services Training Background Preferred
Position Reports To: Regional Sales Champion
Employment Salary From: $75000 to $110000

- Will require strong planning & organizational skills along with close communication and relationship with local Region, Area, District, Sales & Product Managers.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills desired
