We currently have an outstanding opportunity available for a Performance Improvement Specialist within our Southwest Houston location.
Position Summary
Facilitate the Company’s Customized Performance Analysis Process, partnering with Center/Project Managers to help identify performance gaps. Collect and analyze data related to the causes of those gaps, and help the Center or Project Manager create a customized performance improvement plan.
Essential Duties and Tasks
- Confers with the Center/Project manager and other management personnel to gain knowledge of organizational issues and performance gaps.
- Gathers and analyzes data from a variety of sources in order to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
- Presents data to Center/Project manager and assists them with developing a custom performance improvement plan
- Assists/supports management in the implementation of recommended interventions.
- Collaborates with management to evaluate results and adjust intervention strategy if needed.
- Train/observe/coach field training staff in the performance improvement.
- Extensive travel as required by business needs.
Required Experience:
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four to Seven years related experience and/or training in performance analysis and consulting.
- Personal computer and Microsoft Office skills, (Word, PowerPoint)
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, co-workers, and internal customers.
- Handle a large number of tasks
- Work overtime as needed
- Must be able to travel up to 75%
