Senior Curriculum & Training Officer

  • Provided consulting services to the Head, Curriculum and Training as well as Heads of Human Resources in client oganizations in the preparation and development of service delivery workshops/seminar curriculum
  • Designed and developed training materials using adult learning principles while working with subject matter experts, including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures as well as job aids
  • Reviewed, evaluated, and monitored service delivery related program curriculum and flowcharts using participant-centered curriculum framework
  • Evaluated proposals for new service delivery workshops/seminar and checked for compliance with the participant-centered curriculum framework
  • Conducted research on new developments in service delivery, and assessed its relevance to Government Agencies
  • Coordinated with Pilot Project Manager and other stakeholders in matters pertinent to service delivery workshops/seminar curriculum and its development
  • Maintained and updated database information from service delivery workshops and seminar curriculum
