			<description> ASTD Houston awards a scholarship yearly to someone with the aim of pursuing a career in the field of human performance technology. A scholarship application must be completed and returned by October 22, 2010 considered.The scholarship applications are evaluated and a decision is made. Scholarship winners will be announced no later than December 15, 2010.
